1. All reservations made through our web site are considered finalized only after you receive a confirmation email from us, stating that your reservation is accepted.
2. Confirmed reservations can be canceled only over the phone, by calling 0898747474. In this case, if already paid, the deposit is non refundable.
3. The data entered upon submitting the reservation is considered to correct unless, there is additional agreement between you and our representative who have accepted the reservation.
4. All the requested packages can not be returned or exchanged for other services, products our cashed out. The starting packages are personal and can not be transferred.
5. In the Bulgarian version of the web site all the necessary fields should be filled out in Cyrillic.
6. For games through the business week (Monday - Friday), all reservation should be submitted at least 2 hours prior to the desired starting hour for your game. Any reservation submitted less than 2 hours ahead will not be taken under consideration.
7. For any games you wish to book over the weekend or any official holiday, we strongly recommend to submit a reservation couple days in advance in order to get exactly the date and time you wish. Please note that for reservations over the weekend the 2 hour advance rule applies.
8. Reservations accepted though our website are for standard paintball games with duration 2 hours on average. For any other questions you might have please call +359 898 747474
9. If you wish to have a scenario game designed and organized especially for you, you will need to contact us.
10. For reservations for the Mladost IV field, it is necessary to pay a deposit of 5 BGN per player. Payments are accepted at our store, web site or via bank transfer.
11. You have to pay in advance a reservation fee for all games outside Sofia city. The amount of the payment is a 30% from the total of our offer. You can pay cash at: Sofia, blvd Aleksandar Stamboliiski 55, or by bank transfer. The information about the bank transfer is below:
